DGMO Lt Gen AK Choudhary and Delhi Area chief Lt Gen VK Pillai, considered close to Gen VK Singh, have been moved out of the capital as part of a major reshuffle at the Lt Gen-rank by Army Chief Gen Bikram Singh.
