The 300-km-long Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, the only surface link between Kashmir and rest of the country, was closed for vehicular traffic for second consecutive day today, due to snowfall and slippery conditions.

J&K to submit Patnitop ropeway project to Centre

The J&K government will submit the much-touted ropeway project at Patnitop hill resort in the state, to the Environment Ministry for seeking the mandatory clearance for it in consultation with the state wildlife department.
